The three suspects were arrested hours later, authorities said Munday. Two of the suspects charged with capital murder in the death of the officer Benjamin Deen, 34, and Liquori Tate, 25. Tate, 25, is a graduate of the police academy. He is shown on his Facebook page that he graduated June 11. Tate South Pike High School graduate and attended Southwest Mississippi Community College before joining the Police Hattiesburg. Deen, 34, is an employee of K-9. He was named the Best Employee HPD in 2012.
